A diamond in the rough. This property will be vacant soon and the backyard will be a clean slate. It is positioned on a corner lot, in Magic Ranch and features view fencing that faces a nice open space. Upon entry the vaulted ceilings create a bright and airy feel in the great room. The split floor plan presents a spacious primary suite and each bathroom has granite countertops and espresso cabinets. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances, double oven, pantry and granite countertops. The owned solar panels are a nice bonus, offering the next owner the financial advantage of an extremely low energy bill with no remaining monthly lease! This property is awaiting short-sale approval and is being sold As Is. However, interior paint and carpet shampoo are really all that's needed!
